Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Rechtsanwalt Wilko Bauer, Bölkendorfer Straße 36, 16278 Angermünde, Germany, Tel. +49 33365-784007, kanzlei@bauer.legal, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed me of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Loss of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if I have begun performance of the services with your express consent and have fully provided the services before the withdrawal period has expired.
