I offer the possibility of completing mandatory or orientation internships with me entirely online. There is no payment for this. It is the intern’s own responsibility to clarify in advance whether the online internship I offer fulfils the respective requirements; I can, in principle, assist with clarifying this with third parties, but cannot guarantee it. The appropriate agreements for an internship must be concluded (internship agreement, confidentiality agreement, etc.). During the internship, the intern must be located within the EU; other countries are in principle possible by prior arrangement. Any public holidays or vacation days should be agreed upon at the start of the internship. A further requirement is a good command of the German language, since it is the essential tool of a (German-speaking) lawyer. You need access to a PC with a stable internet connection and, if necessary, a telephone. Sufficient familiarity with the usual information and communication technology systems is expected, in particular Zoom, MS Teams, presentation software, etc. You must have an adequate workspace, the setup of which is your own responsibility. An application with the usual components is required; its scope may be appropriate — that is, here generally: relatively brief.
