A default judgment may be enforceable in your country.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Record the date of service and check whether service was effective.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Objections to the court\u2019s jurisdiction must be raised early; entering an appearance on the merits can establish it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>On site you usually need a lawyer admitted there.
