Every day costs revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">What matters now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Platforms generally have to give reasons for blocks and offer an internal complaint procedure. This route is often the fastest and should be used carefully and with evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Look closely at the alleged rights holder\u2019s complaint: who is complaining, which right do they rely on, is it affected at all?<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Unjustified complaints can in turn give rise to claims against the complainant, for example for injunctive relief and damages.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Compile evidence of your own entitlement: supply chains, licences, your own IP rights, manufacturer invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Document the communication with the platform; meet the platform\u2019s deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">Documents I need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the platform\u2019s notice with date and case number<\/li>\n\n\n<li>the rights holder\u2019s complaint, if disclosed<\/li>\n\n\n<li>evidence of origin and rights: invoices, licence agreements, trademark and design registrations<\/li>\n\n\n<li>revenue figures before and after the block, if damages are to be claimed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">Next steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Send me the documents by email to <a href=\"mailto:kanzlei@bauer.legal\">kanzlei@bauer.legal<\/a> or use the <a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/submit-appointment-request\/\">appointment request<\/a>, and mention any deadline that is running.
