A public reply, if any, stays short and factual.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Opinions are largely permitted, even harsh ones. Untrue statements of fact, abusive criticism and reviews without any customer contact are a different matter.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Secure evidence: screenshot with date, link and the author\u2019s profile.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Platforms must follow up on specific notices; the reporting route is often the fastest.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If competitors are behind fake reviews, competition law comes into play as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">Documents I need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>screenshots and the link to the review<\/li>\n\n\n<li>documents on the transaction concerned, or proof that there was no contact<\/li>\n\n\n<li>previous reports to the platform and its answers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">Next steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Send me the documents by email to <a href=\"mailto:kanzlei@bauer.legal\">kanzlei@bauer.legal<\/a> or use the <a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/submit-appointment-request\/\">appointment request<\/a>, and mention any deadline that is running.
