The order or judgment has been served by a bailiff or from lawyer to lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">What matters now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prohibition applies from service and must be complied with immediately. Breaches can trigger substantial administrative fines, even if they come from employees, dealers or old content online.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Inform everyone involved in the company and at partners without delay.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Record the date and manner of service; keep the envelope.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>There are several ways to respond to an injunction, each with its own deadlines and cost consequences.
