It demands that you cease and desist, provide information, pay damages and reimburse legal fees, often based on standard tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\">What matters now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take the deadline seriously; do not sign the enclosed declaration unchecked.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Remove the work everywhere: on sub-pages, in PDFs, in social media and in publicly accessible file storage.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Look for proof of licence: invoices from picture agencies, contracts with photographers, agencies or copywriters.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The amount claimed is often not set in stone.
