Here, I would like to focus in particular \u2014 from a legal perspective \u2014 on the genuinely <em>cooperative<\/em> aspect of collaboration: more precisely, on trust-stabilizing clauses in long-term cooperative contractual relationships and in corporate-law affiliations, and their application \u2014 especially for acting online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">So <em>the focus here<\/em> is not primarily on how to best safeguard <em>one\u2019s own<\/em> rights and <em>one\u2019s own<\/em> benefit alone, but rather on questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can matters be regulated bindingly so that the <em>collaboration<\/em> can succeed as well as possible?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How are these rules <em>applied<\/em> within the framework of a cooperation?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How are such cooperative clauses further developed during the course of the collaboration?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">That is exactly what our weekly <a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/televenses\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1050\">discussion circle<\/a> is about, to which you are warmly invited.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-footnotes\"><li id=\"5523dd95-d16b-4a9d-80e2-93dcb6352c3d\">For further facets, see <a href=\"https:\/\/cooperation.law\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/cooperation.law<\/a> <a href=\"#5523dd95-d16b-4a9d-80e2-93dcb6352c3d-link\" aria-label=\"Jump to footnote reference 1\">\u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li><\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I devote particular attention to online.cooperation.law, for which I also offer my online discussion circle Televenses.
