Often you will already receive a rough initial legal classification of the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">An <a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/erstberatung\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1438\"><strong>initial consultation<\/strong><\/a> (Erstberatung) on one complex of topics currently costs EUR 49.98 (incl. VAT) and usually lasts up to 30 minutes. This is usually connected with the review of documents during the conversation. Within one conversation you will receive a first and rough consultation for a low all-inclusive price. In many cases, the matter is already legally clarified for you. More information <a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/erstberatung\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1438\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Digital presence. Maximum impact.<br><\/strong>Whether in the periphery or in the metropolitan areas \u2013 since 2022 I have also been providing my legal services &#8220;remotely&#8221; in suitable cases. This saves you travel time, travel costs and logistical downtime. Optimal digital availability means: every minute flows as pure focus time into your success.<br>Modernized German and European procedural law provides the legally secure framework for this. Appointments take place independently of location (by video or telephone), but of course also in person if required. In handling your matter, I also make use of supporting technologies, including artificial intelligence, where this is sensible and compatible with my professional duty of confidentiality; the legal assessment and responsibility always remain with me personally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">In the absence of an express agreement, the German Lawyers&#8217; Fees Act (RVG) applies to billing, which essentially bases costs on the amount in dispute. For many cases, this ensures proper legal processing and a fair remuneration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">For other cases, a remuneration agreement is reached. The hourly rate is competitive, my working method digital, efficient and focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Service description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The client essentially determines the amount of work to be done and thus his or her costs, especially in the case of billing according to time spent. The more legal work is done, the more secure the legal position usually is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">There are four different levels of service in the provision of my legal services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">1. <strong>Level 1 (Review):<\/strong> Assessment of the legal situation and brief check<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Often, the client is instructed to &#8220;look over the matter, assess what the legal position is and, if necessary, write a letter&#8221;. The client typically specifies a rather tight time frame and the effort to be expended, the costs are to be rather limited. The standard of performance is comparable to that of an initial consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Level 2 (Standard):<\/strong> Proper processing and preparation of necessary means<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The matter is quite important to the client and must be properly processed, using reasonable time as well as appropriate legal means, but with a view to the effort and costs involved. The effort is of a medium nature and quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Level 3 (Intensive):<\/strong> In-depth review and strategic safeguarding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The matter is very important to the client and a correspondingly increased effort is justified here. High costs are also justified in the overall view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Level 4 (Academic):<\/strong> Systemic analysis and legal-philosophically grounded elaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, there is the quasi-scientific elaboration, where time and money hardly play a role. Such an assignment is rather the exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">For a particularly accelerated processing beyond the normal, a surcharge of 25% can be agreed upon if necessary, as well as a surcharge of possibly further 50% for work outside the regular business hours (weekends, holidays, after hours) on the hourly rate. Compliance with deadlines, for which I have assumed responsibility, is of course independent of any additional agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Last but not least, your cooperation is, of course, a decisive factor in ensuring that my legal services help you achieve the best possible success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">When instructed in connection with a legal action (Klage), the following are not included without an express agreement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The comprehensive review, preparation, assessment and procedural assertion of further claims or counterclaims of the client going beyond the mere defense against the claim asserted, in particular the review, preparation and filing of a counterclaim (Widerklage). Likewise not included without an express separate agreement is the review and assessment of whether the client has further claims beyond those already covered by the litigation mandate or the claim already asserted, and whether such claims can be asserted by way of an amendment of the claim (Klageerweiterung) or separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, you can contact me at any time regarding the desired service as well as the costs incurred or to be expected!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bauer.legal\/en\/legal-expenses-insurance\/\" data-type=\"page\">Legal expenses insurance<\/a> is generally accepted.
