I bear the professional title of Rechtsanwalt<\/em>, awarded according to. the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. I use the term “lawyer” or “attorney” synonymously here.<\/p>\n\n

In Angerm\u00fcnde I run my other law office. Independently of this, I am a partner in Berlin in the partnership Paschke & Partner – Rechtsanw\u00e4lte, Torstr. 115, 10119 Berlin. Correspondence is to be conducted exclusively through the office in Angerm\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n\n

Responsible for my work as a lawyer is the Berlin Bar Association, Littenstra\u00dfe 9, 10179 Berlin, 030 306931-0, www.rak-berlin.de.<\/p>\n\n

As a lawyer, I am required by the German Federal Lawyers’ Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung) to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of 250,000 euros. The details result from \u00a7 51 BRAO. I am insured with HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG Riethorst 2, 30659 Hannover. The territorial scope of the insurance cover is that of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n

Potential conflicts of interest are avoided through the use of computerized file management.<\/p>\n\n

The Federal Bar Association, Littenstra\u00dfe 9, 10179 Berlin, can be contacted in the event of disputes between lawyer and client for the purpose of mediation. Alternatively, in such a case, the Berlin Bar Association, Littenstra\u00dfe 9, 10179 Berlin, can also offer a conciliation procedure.<\/p>\n\n
