It governs what may be said, shown and published about whom: on the internet and in social networks, in the press, publishing and broadcasting, in photography, film and music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The rules protect freedom of opinion and information on the one hand, and on the other hand those affected against infringements through the statements of others.
