But the limits of fair competition should be respected. Competition law, and in particular so-called fair trading law, is concerned with the rules of fair commercial conduct. The respective competitors and consumers are protected. The goal is undistorted competition.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The boundaries to unfair competition are often difficult to determine in individual cases and require close examination and design.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Antitrust law also protects competition in the form of the structure of the applicable economic order.
